The terms on which SIA MOOSE supplies Site Radar, in plain language.
Last updated 13 October 2026
Site Radar is operated by SIA MOOSE, a limited liability company registered in Latvia under Reg. No. 40203113640, with its registered office at Brīvības iela 70-10A, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvia, EU VAT No. LV40203113640. Contact: info@siteradar.lv. We answer within one working day. Ordering a report means you accept these terms.
The Land Buyer Report: what Latvia’s public registers, the municipal plan, the state survey and the Land Register folio say about one plot, what may be built on it, what reaches it, what the ground is, where its price sits against registered sales, and what to settle before you sign. Reports on houses and apartments arrive in November. Our other services (site search, industrial sites, buyer’s mandates, bespoke due diligence) are quoted and agreed in writing for each job.
Prices are in euro and include Latvian VAT. The price of a report depends on the plot’s size and on whether the plan zones it for commercial or industrial use; the pricing page lists every bracket, and the check page shows the price for your plot before you order. Each extra land unit in the same property adds €29. Plots over 20 ha, and land the brackets do not cover, are quoted.
When you order, we confirm the property and email you a secure payment link with the price. Nothing is charged before you pay through that link. If we cannot identify the property or cannot do the work, we tell you and no order arises.
The report is delivered by email within 24 hours of payment, as a PDF with the Land Register extract we read attached. If a register we need is unavailable, we tell you at once and either agree a new time with you or refund you in full, as you prefer.
Before you pay we ask for two separate agreements, neither ticked in advance: that you accept these terms and the privacy notice, and that you ask us to start work at once, inside the 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, understanding that once the report is delivered the right to withdraw ends. We record the wording you agreed to and when. Until we start work you may cancel by writing to us and we refund you in full.
Every report lists the public registers it covers and the date each was read. If the report leaves out anything that was recorded in those registers on that date, tell us and we refund the price of the report in full.
We also correct errors in our own work free of charge. A report that finds nothing wrong with a plot has done its job: that is not a ground for a refund. This guarantee comes on top of your statutory rights and does not limit them.
A report is independent research. It states what the public registers, the planning documents, the market evidence and any documents you send us show on the dates it gives, and explains what they mean for a buyer. It is not a certified valuation, and it is not legal, tax or investment advice. It never tells you whether to buy. A member of our team reads every report before it reaches you.
Registers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and a source the report marks as not checked has not been read. Verify anything you are going to act on and take professional advice before signing. Where a lender, a court or a notary needs a certified valuation, you will need a certified valuer.
You may use a report you paid for in your own purchase, and share it with your advisers, your lender and the other party to your deal. A professional who orders a report for a client may pass it to that client. Do not resell or republish reports, present them as your own work, or scrape or bulk-extract data from the site.
Register data, listings and sale records come from public sources and remain the property of their owners. The reports, the site and its design are ours.
Nothing here excludes liability that Latvian law does not allow us to exclude. Subject to that, our liability arising from a report is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the day you order, and your order records the version you accepted. Latvian law governs, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction.
