Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is SIA MOOSE, Reg. No. 40203113640, Brīvības iela 70-10A, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvia, EU VAT No. LV40203113640, the company behind Site Radar. For anything on this page, write to info@siteradar.lv.

What we collect

• Orders and messages: your email address, your name if you give it, the property you asked about, your message, the price, and any company or VAT details you give us for the invoice. With each order we also keep the version and wording of the terms you agreed to, the time you agreed, and the IP address it came from: the record consumer law expects us to hold.
• Files you send us: documents, plans or photos you attach to an order or a message. We keep them on our servers in the European Union, read them with the registers for your report, and delete them when the order record no longer needs them.
• Account: if you create one, your email address, an optional password (kept only as a secure hash), and the saved searches, alert areas and favourites you create.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser and timestamps, kept to keep the service secure and to diagnose faults.

Card details never reach us: payments are handled by our payment provider, and we store only the reference and the outcome.

Why, and on what basis

• To answer your message and to produce, deliver and invoice the report you ordered: the contract, plus the legal obligation to keep an accounting record.
• To send the alerts and emails you switched on: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse: our legitimate interest.

Property data is not data about you

Site Radar works from public registers and public listings. That material describes properties, transactions and companies, and is presented as the registers state it. The sample reports on this site have the owners’ names removed. If you believe a page shows personal data about you that should not be there, write to us and we will look at it.

Who else processes your data

Only the providers that make the service work. They act on our instructions under contract. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising; we disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

• Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland; group companies in the United States): card payments. Your card details never reach our servers.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., United States): the sending of our transactional email, plus DNS and network protection for siteradar.lv.
• Resend (United States): the fallback email sender.
• Hetzner (Germany): the servers and the database, inside the EU.

Where a processor is outside the EEA (Stripe’s and Cloudflare’s US group companies, and Resend), the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses in that provider’s data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for the period Latvian accounting law requires. Files you sent with an order for as long as the order record needs them. Account data for as long as your account is active, and then on request we delete it. Technical logs for a short period, then they are discarded.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, export, deletion or restriction of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email us and we act on it. You may also complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

Cookies

No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, and nothing is set for measurement until you say yes.

• sr_consent: essential. Records the answer you gave the cookie banner, so we do not ask again.
• dr_session: essential. Keeps you signed in, if you have an account. Set only after you sign in.
• dr_theme: essential. Remembers whether you chose the light or dark display on the map.
• Analytics: optional, and set only if you allow it. It counts anonymous visits so we can see which pages are read; refuse, and no measurement script is loaded at all.
